Every day we learn something new. “The more you live, the more you learn,” says the proverb. We are learning something every day. We learn good things and bad things, depending on the teacher and the path chosen.

Jesus presents himself as a teacher, and makes an invitation: “Learn from me.”

In the person of Jesus we find the true curriculum for our training school of eternal life. Jesus embodied in himself all knowledge we need about God and about life.

Jesus makes visible, in the eyes of our faith, who God is, what he does and what he wants from us. Jesus Christ “is the image of the invisible God.” (Colossians 1: 15) Who better than Jesus to show us the secrets of life? Who better than Jesus to show us God’s will?

As we walk with Jesus every day, we can see how easy it is to live this life and how the troubles we encounter seem softer and less severe.

In the school of life we learn good things and bad things, depending on the teacher and the chosen path. Let’s listen to Jesus! He is the Master Teacher and the way of life!
