Anxiety - Future
Today’s Reading: John 4:14
Are you part of that group of people who only think about the future? I hope not, because we must work today to build a better future for you and your people.

Daily anxiety and the obsessive notion of riches have affected both the extent and quality of human life. So we face diseases, weariness and anxiety.

Pay attention! When you are not satisfied with anything in life; when money is no longer enough to live; when the fear of failure and the future takes hold of your heart, there will be no joy in life and anxiety will attack your spirit and your body.

Be satisfied with what you have; live with simplicity; do not spend all you earn.

If you live worrying about the future, know that perhaps the future will never arrive. You’ll die tired as if there were no rest in eternity. Work and rest, as needed, earn and spend with balance, this is essential. Live the present as if it were the future because this is sensible.

Always work, but do away with anxiety. Live life! Jesus is the fountain of life. Drink that water and you will never thirst.

Anxiety-2
Today’s Reading:1Peter 5: Version NIV
Difficulties and problems will never walk alone. Anxiety always accompanies them.

Anxiety is it the pain that causes insecurity; is the affliction of waiting for solutions that no one knows whether they will be possible. It is necessary to eliminate the anxiety to avoid hasty decisions, measures that do not solve anything and despair facing a crisis or problem.

You must submit all your anxiety to God; your lack of security and tranquility too. This is not an evasive attitude or that of someone who flees from difficulties; on the contrary, it is a decisive step of faith for the solution of every problem. To give God all your anxiety is to believe in His goodness and His ability to look after us and provide what we need in our lives.

This security completely removes the causes of anxiety, namely anxiety and insecurity.

To submit your insecurity into the hands of God is an attitude of faith that brings back calmness to your life, serenity, hope and strength that redouble your power to resist all kinds of difficulties.

Techology & Shortage
Today’s Reading: John 8:12
Today, in most developed centers of population, the average life expectancy of people rises from year to year. Not long ago, the average life of a man was just 50 years. Today, thanks to various factors and resources of medicine, a man can expect to live an average of 65-75 years.

In a way, technological progress, electronics and human resources have become indispensable tools for prolonging life. But they come at a time when any technological device gets back to a disappointed life, near death patient. You cannot do much more for a patient who is in a vegetative state, that is, which remains alive thanks to the aid of sophisticated machines and equipment.

It is then that human resources are exhausted, and we can only rely on our faith. The faith that moves mountains; faith in the person who understands the human being: God! God, Creator of all of us and giver of life in Christ Jesus.

Do not wait until everything fails and you have no strength to turn to Him. Look to Jesus now!

Cure Anxiety Final
Today’s Reading: Philippians 4:6-7
Do your heart beats too fast frequently? Do you constantly have stomach pains? Are you afraid of losing your job and not being able to pay the rent or the mortgage of your house? Do you get upset very easy? If you answer yes to any of these questions, you have a condition and, certainly the condition is anxiety.

Anxiety is a condition that affects rich and poor, young and old. Anxiety is generally short-lived, but in some cases, can become a chronic condition and can lead to death.

You may say: “Everyone has their concerns!” And that’s true, but anxiety is a sickening concern. It is the fear of uncertainty, fear that things will change and alter the normal order of life.

What to do with anxiety? With the diagnosis, comes the remedy: Place God and His Kingdom in the first place of your life. Focus on everyday problems first, leaving tomorrow in the hands of God. This prescription originates from the doctor who knows the body and the soul: Jesus Christ!

Nervous Tension

Nervous Tension
Today’s Reading: Exodus 18:13-27 & Philippians 4:6
In China like in Japan, bamboo is a symbol of strength and flexibility. No matter how strong the wind, the bamboo will bend but not break. We, who live under pressure every day, can imitate the bamboo. Quick snacks, coffee and more coffee, yelling, shouting, screaming, noise, out of control, almost no sleep; we may be able to bear it but it could lead to a nervous breakdown, a life of tensions.

Stress, often caused by trying to do everything by ourselves, is a symptom of modern times. Jethro, Moses’ father-in-law, sensed the problem of his son-in-law when he asked why he was sitting alone, to judge the people, from morning till night. Moses replied that it was because the people demanded it. But Jethro was wise and told his son-in-law that the job was too much for one person, and that others should be chosen to help; “If you do this, and God so commands, you will be able to endure.”

Why do we think it is necessary to do it all by ourselves? If we seek the help of others, as God commands, our stress is relieved. If you live under this pressure, you sin before God.

“Lord, there’s a lot of stress in my life because I want to do everything myself. Forgive me and relieve my stress.”
